What are the store’s trading hours?
Jan – Sept: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm and Sat, 9am – 2pm
The store offers extended trading hours from October to December:
October: Mon – Sat, 9am – 5pm
Nov – Dec: Mon – Sat, 9am – 5pm and Sun, 9am – 1pm

We offer secure credit card facilities. We accept Visa & Mastercard. Credit / Debit card payments will be verified before goods are dispatched.
EFTS & BANK DEPOSITS
Please allow a clearance period of maximum 2 working days for EFT & cash deposits. 10 consecutive days are to be allowed for cheque deposits.
Payment must be made within 7 days of order, otherwise order will be removed from the system. We do not reserve stock therefor stock is subject to availability.
Is it safe to purchase online?
The CPS Warehouse provides a safe & secure environment for you to do your online shopping. Your personal information & credit card information is always treated as confidential. Your information will never be disclosed to any third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by law.
We use the Paygate payment gateway ensuring safe and secure credit/debit card payments.
The payment screen is SSL secured, ensuring that all personal and card information is kept private due to an encryption created between the web server and your browser.
What if I ordered a product that is out of stock?
Should a product you have ordered be out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of The CPS Warehouse receiving your order. The item will either be credited or replaced with an alternative product of the same value.
How long will my delivery take?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for payment to clear and order to be prepared before it is collected by couriers. Delivery will take place within 2 – 4 working days thereafter. We do not work on POP’s and receive payment clearances in the mornings only. Please allow 10 days for cheques to clear before we dispatch goods.
How much is charged for delivery?
Please refer to the shipping charge calculated in your cart. Delivery will be free if over the specified amount.
Will I be refunded with cash or do you allow exchanges?
We do not allow cash refunds.
Goods may be replaced with products/services to the same value, at the cost of the customer, within 7 days of purchase. Product must be supplied with original packaging and invoice.
However, if the wrong product is supplied due to error on our behalf, we will gladly exchange the product at no extra cost to the customer.
We do warranty our electrical products for a 3 month period. Please retain your invoice and packaging for this period. Please Note that the warranty will be void if the original plug is removed or the item has been cut or altered in any way.
What is your standard return policy?
Goods are to be returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase provided it is returned in original packaging with original Tax Invoice. We do not offer refunds, but can exchange the item.
What is your return policy during sale months?
We have 30% discount sales during January & July with the following return policy:
1. We do not offer refunds.
2. No returns / exchanges allowed on purchases during our sale period.
3. We do warranty our electrical products for a 3 month period. Please retain your invoice and packaging for this period. Please note the electrical warranty will be void if the original plug is removed or the item has been altered in any way.
