What are the store’s trading hours?
Our online store is open 24/7. You may shop at any time of the day or week.
The CPS Warehouse store (located in Northlands Deco Park, Northriding, Johannesburg) is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.
The store offers extended trading hours from October to December:
October: Mon – Sat, 9am – 5pm
Nov/Dec: Mon – Sat, 9am – 5pm and Sun 9am – 1pm

We offer secure credit card facilities. We accept Visa & Mastercard. Credit / Debit card payments will be verified before goods are dispatched.
EFTS & BANK DEPOSITS
Please allow a clearance of maximum of 2 working days for EFT & cash deposits. 10 consecutive days are to be allowed for cheque deposits.
Please fax proof of payment to 011 704 7002 in order to inform us of your payment.
Payment must be made within 7 days of order, otherwise order will be removed from the system.

Is it safe?
The CPS Warehouse provides a safe & secure environment for you to do your online shopping. Your personal information & credit card information is always treated as confidential. Your information will never be disclosed to any third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by law.
We use the Payfast payment gateway ensuring safe and secure credit/debit card payments. Payfast is the most widely used payment gateway in South Africa.
The payment screen is SSL secured, ensuring that all personal and card information is kept private due to an encryption created between the web server and your browser.
Will I be refunded with cash?
No, we do not allow cash refunds. Goods will either be replaced with products/services to the same value. If the wrong product is supplied due to error on our behalf, we will gladly exchange/refund the product at no extra cost to the customer.
Within what time frame may I return a product?
Goods are to be returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase provided returned in original packaging.
What if I ordered a product that is out of stock?
Should a product you have ordered be out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of The CPS Warehouse receiving your order. The item will either be credited or replaced with an alternative product of the same value.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery will take place with 2 – 4 working days after receipt of payment ie; payment must have cleared in our account (please allow 10 days for cheques to clear) before we dispatch goods.
How much is charged for delivery?
Goods may either be collected by customer or delivered via our couriers. Delivery will be charged at 10% of total amount. A minimum charge of R300 plus VAT will apply. If delivery option is selected, the fee will be added to your cart on checking out.
